Distance energy sessions are happening once a month. Each session lasts for 30 minutes unless noted otherwise.
You can register by email, which you will then receive a confirmation. Please make sure you get a confirmation email in order to be included in that particular session. You are welcomed to receive as many sessions as you wish but multiple registrations are necessary.
When you register, please include:
- Full Name
- Location
- Any specific issues or general
Around 10 minutes before start time, prepare yourself by creating a comfortable space. With palms up to receive, find a position that you are comfortable in:
- sitting in a chair with feet on the ground
- sitting on the ground in meditation pose
- lying down
Create a soothing and relaxing environment with no distraction or loud noises. Some suggestions include:
- dimming the lights
- lighting candles
- diffusing appropriate essential oils
- uncluttering
- turning your cell phone off
- meditative music (I personally prefer none)
- etc.
Breathe consciously and meditatively to find your centre.
When the time comes, you may set an intention for the session or simply be open and allow for whatever shifts to occur.
Stay in the present and notice your experience. That might include physical sensations (warm, tingly, cold, energetic waves/rushes), images, colours, sounds, emotional release, altered states, etc. If you start to drift off, it’s all good. If you don’t feel anything, that’s okay as well. Trust that something is happening regardless. Sometimes the notice of change might occur weeks or however long after.
If you are busy with other things and not present for the session, you would still benefit from it if you have signed up for it. However, it is recommended to receive consciously.
It is a good idea to drink water after the session. You may want to lie down to process and integrate, get grounded, carry on with the rest of your night, or fall asleep. Listen to what your body needs.
